You get first dibs on our restocking pieces, ahead of the rest of our community, by pre-ordering here. Every piece has already been purchased from our supplier and is on its way to us. They are expected to arrive to us the first week of November and will ship shortly after. You are charged in full at checkout, so there is nothing more to do once your order is placed. If anything changes with the timeline, we will email you directly.

The Ambassador Hub and our main website carry different sizes of the same pieces. Here, you will find the sizes being restocked, available to you first as pre-order. On our main website, you will find the sizes we have in stock right now, ready to ship.

Don't see your size here? Check the main website, it may already be in stock. Your ambassador discount applies on both.

Ordering an in-stock piece and a pre-order piece together? Your full order ships once your pre-order piece arrives. If you would rather have your in-stock pieces sooner, place them as a separate order.

Between sizes?

This piece fits true to size so it hugs the body for a secure fit. Size up for a more relaxed feel.

Your pre-order ships shortly after the pieces arrive to us, expected the first week of November. Once it ships, you will receive tracking by email.

Canada

• Standard: 5 to 8 business days, $7

United States

Delivery averages 6 to 10 business days, shipped with Canada Post. Shipping is calculated at checkout. All duties and customs are covered by us, so there is nothing extra to pay at your door.

Free shipping on all orders of $150 or more, in Canada and the US.

Pre-order pieces follow our standard return policy. You can return within 30 days of delivery, so your 30 days start when your piece arrives, not when you order it.

Exchanges: need a different size? You can exchange within the same 30 days, subject to availability.

Cancellations: changed your mind before your pre-order ships? Email us and we will cancel it for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, pieces must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original condition, with tags attached. Pieces showing signs of wear, deodorant, makeup, pet hair or strong scents cannot be accepted. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and final-sale items cannot be returned.
